Refund & Exchanges

We accept returns within 30 days of receiving your item. To qualify for a return, your item must be new, unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.

To initiate a return, please contact us at brockalpher@gmail.com. Once your return request is accepted, we will provide you with instructions for shipping your item back to us.

Please note:

  • Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping.

  • If your original order qualified for free shipping and your return causes the total to fall below the $200 free shipping threshold, we will deduct the original outbound shipping cost (typically $10–$15 depending on destination) from your refund.

Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery and notify us within 7 days if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Include photos, and we’ll quickly resolve the issue—either through a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.

Exceptions & Non-returnable Items
We do not accept returns for perishable goods, personalized items, gift cards, or sale/clearance items. If you're unsure whether your item is eligible, contact us before initiating a return.

Exchanges
Need a different size or color? The fastest way is to return the item and place a new order once your return is approved.

European Union 14-day Cooling-Off Period
If your order was shipped to the EU, you’re entitled to cancel or return your order within 14 days—even if there’s no issue. Items must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.

Refunds
Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of the refund decision. If approved, your refund will be issued to your original payment method within 10 business days. Processing times may vary depending on your bank or provider.

Lost in Transit
We are not responsible for shipping delays caused by carriers or customs. If your order is lost in transit, reach out and we’ll investigate the issue on your behalf.

Lost or Stolen Packages
LUNARÉ is not liable for packages marked as “delivered” by the carrier. Upon request, we can provide proof of delivery and carrier details.

Return Shipping Costs
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs. There are no restocking fees. However, we may deduct the original shipping cost from your refund if your return disqualifies the original order from free shipping.
